Ingredients

. gold creamer potatoes*
1/4
c
. butter
1/4-1/2
tsp
. kosher salt
depending on taste preference
1/4
c
. parsley
Instructions
Rinse potatoes.
Bring a large pot of water to boil.
Add potatoes, and boil for 15 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Add butter and salt to pot, and toss to coat potatoes in butter.
Chop parsley, and sprinkle over potatoes. Toss to combine, if desired.
