10ouncecan Ro-telundrained, or diced tomatoes with green chiles
2-4tablespoonsevaporated milk
cilantro
Instructions
Cube American cheese and cream cheese.
Add cheeses and Ro-tel to slow cooker.
Cover, and cook on high until mostly melted, about 30-40 minutes.
Stir in enough milk to give desired consistency.
Continue cooking until completely melted, about another 10-15 minutes.
Serve topped with cilantro.
Notes
*White American cheese is usually found in the deli section of most grocery stores. **I like to use evaporated milk because it works so well in the slow cooker. If you prefer, you can substitute regular milk.***Nutrition values are estimates.
