Spread chicken mixture on the bottom half of the rolls.
Top with sliced red onion and cheddar cheese.
Replace top half of rolls.
Cover with aluminum foil, and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until cheese has melted and sandwiches are hot.
*You can make your own Hawaiian sweet rolls with this recipe.**These sandwiches reheat well.***These sandwiches are also a good way to make a new meal out of slow cooker barbecue chicken. Just replace the chicken and barbecue sauce with leftover slow cooker chicken.****Nutrition values are estimates.
