In a food processor or blender, blend the sugar for about 15 seconds.
Add the cocoa powder and salt.
Blend for about 10 additional seconds.
Store in a jar or other container with a tight-fitting lid.
To use, stir about 1 tablespoon of cocoa mix into 6 ounces of hot milk or hot water.
Notes
Granulated sugar: I use regular granulated sugar in this recipe. If you use an organic sugar with a larger grain, you will need to add additional time in the food processor to break the sugar down.
Cocoa powder: I use regular or special dark unsweetened cocoa powder in this recipe.
