Ingredients

cups
Rice Krispie cereal
6
tablespoons
butter
16
ounce
package marshmallows
1/3
cup
dry cake mix
1/3
cup
sprinkles
divided, optional*
Instructions
Melt butter in a large, heavy pot over low heat.
Add marshmallows. Stir until marshmallows are almost melted.
Remove from heat.
Add the cake mix, and stir to combine.
Stir in cereal.
Fold in half sprinkles, if using.
Press into greased 13x9-inch dish, and top with remaining half sprinkles, if using.
Gently press sprinkles into the top, and let treats set up.
Notes
*Sprinkles work well with cake flavors like butter cake, white cake, and funfetti.
