Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x11-inch baking pan. Set aside.
Add butter, corn, creamed corn, sour cream, sugar, and salt to a large bowl. Stir until well-combined.
Stir in the cornbread mix until just combined.
Pour the corn mixture into the prepared pan.
Bake for about 35-40 minutes. The edges should be light golden brown and should pull away from the sides of the pan.
Let the pan cool on a wire rack.
Serve warm.
