In a large bowl, combine the pineapple with juice and dry pistachio pudding mix.
Fold in thawed whipped topping, marshmallows, and nuts until well mixed.

Notes
Pudding mix: Be sure to use instant pudding, not cook and serve.
Cool Whip: You can use another type of frozen whipped topping, like Truwhip, if you prefer.
Pistachios: I like to use chopped pistachios with the chopped pudding. You can use chopped pecans or walnuts if you prefer.
