In a large bowl, stir together the Chex, pretzels, Cheerios, Saltines, and peanuts.
In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond bark according to the package directions.
Drizzle the melted almond bark over the cereal mixture.
Toss to coat.
Spread the cereal mix onto a large rimmed baking sheet.
Sprinkle the M&Ms over the top.
Let cool to room temperature before serving.
Notes
Chex: I like to use corn or rice Chex, but you could use a combination of the two if you prefer.
Pretzels: I use the small twists, but the small pretzel sticks would also work.
Cheerios: I use the plain cereal. Feel free to sub in another flavor if you prefer.
Saltines: If you can't find the minis, you can use the premium round crackers or substitute more cereal for the crackers.
Peanuts: I like to use the lightly salted peanuts to give the mix a bit of sweet and saltiness. You can use unsalted or omit the nuts if you prefer.
Vanilla almond bark: I use enough to have a light coating on the cereal mix. If you like a heavier coat of almond bark, feel free to increase the amount accordingly.
M&Ms: I used sugar cookie M&Ms in this mix. Feel free to use any flavor that you like.
