semisweet chocolate chips

peanut butter

frosted flake cereal

bag candy mini eggs

Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a large saucepan over lowest heat, stirring regularly.
Add cereal to a large bowl.
Pour the melted mixture over the cereal.
Toss to coat the cereal in chocolate.
Drop 2 tablespoon scoops of the cereal onto parchment paper (or wax paper or a silicone baking mat).
Chill until firm.
Place 2-3 mini eggs on top just before serving.
Notes
Chocolate chips:
Feel free to use another type of chocolate chip (like milk chocolate) if you prefer.
Peanut butter:
Use regular peanut butter, not natural.
Cereal:
You can use cornflakes if you want a less sweet cookie.
