Instructions
To prepare the guacamole, halve the avocados and remove the pit.
Scoop the flesh into a bowl and roughly mash.
Add the lime juice, cilantro, onions, coriander, and a pinch of salt.
Mix until combined.
Add additional salt or seasonings to taste.
