Instructions
Zest orange into a food processor.
Cut off the pith, and add the sections of the orange to the food processor. Be sure to discard any seeds.
Top with granulated sugar.
Add the cranberries.
Pulse until the cranberries are finely chopped.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Sugar:
The relish is a bit tart. Feel free to use more or less sugar to taste.
