lean ground beef

yellow or white onion
finely chopped

cans kidney beans
rinsed and drained

can black beans

cans diced tomatoes

bottle of barbecue sauce

teaspoon
chili powder
feel free to add more if you like things on the spicier side

molasses

Worcestershire sauce

cumin

brown sugar
Instructions
In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the ground meat. Drain.
1 pound lean ground beef
Return the cooked meat to the pot.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Stir to combine.
1 yellow or white onion,
2-15 ounce cans kidney beans,
15 ounce can black beans,
3-14 ounce cans diced tomatoes,
16-18 ounce bottle of barbecue sauce,
1 teaspoon chili powder,
1 tablespoon molasses,
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce,
1 tablespoon cumin,
1 tablespoon brown sugar
Cover, and simmer over medium-low heat, stirring as needed, for about 1-2 hours.
