ricotta cheese
not fat-free

cream cheese
softened (not fat-free)

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

almond extract

mini semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat ricotta cheese and cream cheese together until well-combined.
1 c. ricotta cheese,
4 oz. cream cheese
Mix in powdered sugar and extracts until incorporated.
1 c. powdered sugar,
1 tsp. vanilla extract,
¼-½ tsp. almond extract
Stir in chocolate chips, reserving 1 tablespoon to sprinkle over the dip before serving.
½ c. mini semisweet chocolate chips
If desired, you can also top with chopped pistachios just before serving.
Chopped pistachios
Chill any leftovers.
Notes
Dip will thicken as it sits in the fridge and will be best if made several hours to a day ahead of time.
