bananas
peeled, sliced, and frozen

containers Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative
or similar dairy-free yogurt

almond milk

rolled oats

natural almond butter
Instructions
In a blender, combine bananas, yogurt alternative, almond milk, oats, and almond butter.

2-5.3 ounce containers Dark Chocolate Coconut Almond Dairy-Free Yogurt Alternative,
1 cup almond milk,
¼ cup rolled oats,
1 tablespoon natural almond butter
Blend until smooth and well-combined.
Notes
To make the frozen bananas, I just slice up the peeled bananas and toss them in a freezer bag. Then, just freeze until frozen.
I top the smoothies with a little bit of sliced almonds and unsweetened toasted coconut chips. It's optional but delicious.
