pounds
Russet potatoes
peeled and cut into ½” cubes
3-4
tablespoons
olive oil

teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
kosher salt
½
teaspoon
ground black pepper
1-2
teaspoons
dried herbs
I like to use rosemary or Italian herb blend
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Add the potato cubes to a rimmed sheet pan.
1½-2 pounds Russet potatoes
Toss the potato cubes with olive oil.
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and herbs over the potatoes. Toss again to coat.

1 teaspoon kosher salt,
½ teaspoon ground black pepper,
1-2 teaspoons dried herbs
Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until crisp and browned.
Notes
Potatoes:
You can use similar baking potatoes in place of the Russet potatoes.
Seasonings:
Feel free to adjust the salt and seasoning to your liking.
