Instructions
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Then, line it with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
¼ cup salted butter
Add the vanilla extract and mini marshmallows to the pot. Stir until completely melted and smooth. Remove the pot from heat.

4 cups mini marshmallows
Gradually add the Rice Krispies cereal, stirring until well-coated with the melted marshmallow mixture.
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
Using a piece of wax paper or your lightly greased hands, gently press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan.
Allow the mixture to cool and set completely for about 30 minutes.
Once set, lift the Rice Krispie treats out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang.
Cut the treats into squares or rectangles of your desired size.
Melt the neon green candy melts according to the package instructions, either in the microwave or using a double boiler.
12 ounce bag neon green candy melts
Place the cut Rice Krispie treats on a sheet of parchment paper.
Use a spoon or a piping bag to drizzle the melted neon green candy over the treats.
While the candy melts are still wet, place a red candy heart on each Rice Krispie treat.
Red candy hearts
Allow the candy melts to set completely before serving or packaging the treats.
