Line an 8x8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper or grease. Set aside.
Add the peanut butter and honey to a large, microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave for 30 seconds, and stir. If the peanut butter and honey are not warm (not hot) and easy to stir, continue microwaving and stirring in 15 second intervals until warmed.
Add the cereal, and using a rubber spatula, toss to coat the cereal in the peanut butter mixture.
Pour the cereal mixture into the prepared pan, and spread into an even layer.
Place a piece of plastic wrap or parchment paper over the top of the cereal, and press it firmly into the pan. Pressing the cereal mixture firmly in the pan will help it stay together.
Remove the plastic wrap or parchment paper from the surface of the cereal mixture.
Place the pan into the freezer.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Remove from the freezer, and cut into bars.
Store the cereal bars in the fridge.
Notes
Peanut butter: I use regular creamy peanut butter.
