If the pizza dough is refrigerated, let it come to room temperature for about 1 ½-2 hours.
1 pound pizza dough
Once the pizza dough is at room temperature, preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Place the pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 15x10-inch rectangle.
Spread a light layer of sauce on top of the rolled pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge.
½ cup pizza sauce
Place pepperoni, salami, ham, and sliced cheeses in even layers on top of the sauce.
28 pepperoni slices, 12 salami slices, 6 deli ham slices, 6 mozzarella cheese slices, 6 provolone cheese slices
Roll the dough up from the long side. Pinch the seam and place seam-side down diagonally on the prepared baking sheet. Cut small slits every few inches in the top.
Bake until golden brown and baked through, about 35-45 minutes.
Add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to a small bowl. Stir until combined.
2 tablespoons melted butter, ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning, ¼ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Brush garlic butter onto the baked stromboli and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
½ tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Let cool for about 5 minutes, then sliced into 2-inch pieces and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
