This Frozen Lemonade Pie is an easy no-bake dessert made with just 5 simple ingredients and about 10 minutes of hands-on time. Cool, creamy, and refreshing, it’s a classic summer dessert that’s perfect for everything from backyard BBQs to hot summer afternoons.

Frozen lemonade pie is one of those desserts that instantly reminds me of summer. I regularly made it growing up, and it’s one of those simple recipes I’ve come back to again and again because it’s so easy and always disappears quickly.
Made with just 5 ingredients and about 10 minutes of hands-on time, it’s the kind of dessert I turn to when it’s too hot to turn on the oven, but I still want something sweet. Keep one in the freezer for cookouts, family dinners, or whenever you need an easy dessert that’s ready to go.

Ingredient notes and substitutions
- Sweetened condensed milk: I’ve only used full-fat sweetened condensed milk in this recipe.
- Lemonade concentrate: You will use the concentrate without preparing it (no adding water).
- Whipped topping: You can use Cool Whip, TruWhip, or any brand you prefer.
How to make frozen lemonade pie
Here you’ll find instructions and step-by-step photos showing how to make this recipe. The full recipe, including ingredients, is given below.

Step 1: Add sweetened condensed milk to a large bowl, and beat milk with a mixer.
Step 2: Add lemonade directly from the freezer and mix until combined.
Step 3: Fold in whipped topping.

Step 4: Pour the lemonade mixture into the graham cracker crust and freeze. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Step 5: Remove from the freezer 30 minutes prior to serving.

Recipe Tips!
- Freeze until firm: Give the pie enough time to set before slicing.
- Let it sit for a few minutes before serving: This makes it easier to slice cleanly.
- Try frozen limeade: Limeade makes an equally delicious variation, and one of my favorite variations is limeade with chocolate graham cracker or cookie crust.
- Garnish if you’d like: Fresh lemon slices, lime slices, or whipped cream make an easy finishing touch.

Storage
Store any leftovers tightly wrapped in plastic wrap in the freezer. It will keep for up to 2 months when properly stored.
