If you’re looking for a quick and flavorful dip, this Cottage Cheese Herb Dip is a must-try. This dip is made with a mix of cottage cheese, mayo, Greek yogurt, and plenty of fresh herbs, and it was a family favorite at my house when I was growing up.
It’s a cool and creamy dip that comes together with just a few ingredients in just 10 minutes. Whether you’re prepping for a summer party or just want something to make snack time more exciting, this make-ahead dip is a fresh option that pairs perfectly with veggies, crackers, or pita chips. Bonus: it keeps well in the fridge, so it’s ready whenever you need it!

Ingredient notes and substitutions
- Cottage cheese: You can use small or large curd cottage cheese, and low-fat or regular cottage cheese will work.
- Mayonnaise: I like to use an avocado mayonnaise in this recipe but feel free to use whatever type you prefer.
- Greek yogurt: You can use nonfat, low-fat, or whole milk Greek yogurt. Also, you can use additional Greek yogurt in place of the mayonnaise, though the dip will have more tang and be slightly thicker.
- Fresh herbs: I highly recommend using fresh herbs for the best flavor.
