Freezer oatmeal cups are a simple but delicious make-ahead breakfast. Cooked oatmeal is portioned into cups, topped tasty add-ins, and frozen for quick breakfasts on busy mornings.

If you love starting your day with a warm, hearty breakfast but have the time to cook, freezer oatmeal cups are the perfect solution. They’re made from cooked oatmeal that’s sprinkled with your favorite toppings.
They are individually portioned so they can be frozen and reheated whenever you need them. The frozen oatmeal is customizable, budget-friendly, and the perfect solution for busy mornings.

Ingredient notes and substitutions
- Oats: You can substitute old-fashioned oats, but the cooking time will be longer.
- Brown sugar: Granulated sugar will also work. I like the caramel tones in the brown sugar, but you can sue what you’d like. Also, free free to adjust the sweetness to your tastes.
- Milk: Either dairy or nondairy milk will work.

Recipe Tips!
- Variations: You can make all sorts of flavor combinations. Just be sure to use ingredients that will freeze and thaw well.

Storage
Store any leftover freezer oatmeal cups in an airtight container in the freezer. They will keep for up to 1 month when properly stored in the freezer.
