How to make a homemade Oreo pie crust
Step 1: Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan. Set aside.
Step 2: Place the Oreos (including the filling) in a food processor or blender.
Top tip >> If you don’t have a blender or a food processor, you can crush the cookies using a rolling pin.
Step 3: Pulse until the Oreos are in fine crumbs.
Step 4: Pour the Oreo cookie crumbs into a medium bowl.
Step 5: Add the melted butter, and stir in.
Step 6: Pour the Oreo crumb mixture into the prepared pie pan and press into the bottom and up the sides of the pan.
Top tip >> Use the bottom of a measuring cup and a rubber spatula to really press the crumb mixture into the pan.
Step 7: For a no bake pie, place the pie pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes. For a baked crust, bake at 350F for about 7-11 minutes.
Variations
Feel free to use another flavor of Oreo, like Golden Oreos, to change up the flavor of the pie crust.
