Recipe Tips!
- Halving: You can halve the recipe. The baking time will remain the same.
- Serving suggestions: Serve with rice, potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a simple green salad. The extra sauce in the pan is great drizzled over rice or potatoes.
- Use evenly sized chicken breasts: This helps the chicken cook evenly.
- Don’t overbake: Cook just until the chicken is done to keep it tender and juicy.
- Use a good-quality Caesar dressing: This adds most of the flavor, so choose one you like.
- Let the chicken rest before serving: This helps keep it juicy.

Storage
Store any leftover Caesar chicken in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for up to 4 days when properly stored in the fridge.
