    Baked Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

Finding a dinner recipe that all three of my kids like can be difficult.

    Baked Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches

We've hit a sweet spot where my kids are all good eaters, but they all have different tastes. These Baked Hawaiian Barbecue Chicken Sandwiches, though, were a hit with everyone.

The flavors were inspired by Hawaiian barbecue chicken pizza, and the sandwiches are a mix of tangy barbecue sauce, sweet pineapple, and tender shredded chicken.

Not only were these sandwiches a hit, but they're also really fast and easy to make. I pair these sandwiches with an simple salad for a quick dinner that's ready in less than 30 minutes.

      5 stars
After reading several comments about poor quality of the finished product it occurred to me that everyone needs an oven thermometer!! If the oven is off even a few degrees your hard work will not turn out the way you expected and that can be very ugly if you were preparing it for a gathering. The cost is minimal~less than $5.00~and worth every penny!!

Yours is the first comment on this post, so I'm not sure which post you're referring to. =) But I completely agree about how helpful an oven thermometer can be! An oven thermometer and a meat thermometer are both inexpensive and incredibly useful in the cooking and baking process.
