Recipe Tips!
- Variations: One of the great things about this recipe is that you can change it up to suit the occasion and ingredients that you have on hand. For example, if you wanted to make the cake for Memorial Day or Fourth of July, you could use strawberry or blue raspberry Jello, white cake, and top the cake with strawberries and blueberries.
- Make ahead: You can make the cake up to 1 day ahead of time and store it, covered, in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If you’re topping the cake with homemade whipped cream, wait until just before serving to make the whipped cream.

Storage
Store any leftover strawberry poke cake in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The cake will keep for up to 4 days when properly stored in the fridge.
