Strawberry Pretzel Fluff

Strawberry Pretzel Fluff

This post was created as part of a relationship in which I was sponsored by Weight Watchers and given a free three month subscription to try their new Personal Coaching product and write about my experience. Though I was compensated for my time and commitment, all views, positive and negative, are my own. #WeightWatchers #WWsponsored

It’s that time of year! The weather is getting warmer, the days are getting longer, and people are starting to think about getting in shape for the summer. Except, for me, getting healthy for the summer began back in December. Strawberry Pretzel FluffI had baby #3 in September.  When the weight wasn’t coming off, I joined Weight Watchers. With the help of my personal coach, I set some short-term and long-term weight loss goals. One of my goals was to have lost a certain amount of weight by the summer so that I would have more energy for outdoor time with my kids. I said from the very beginning that there wouldn’t be any numbers or before and after pictures or anything like that. I am happy to say, though, that I have hit my goals, and it’s really nice to feel more like my old self now.

A lot has happened over the last few months (birthdays, the holidays, etc.), but I never felt like I had to miss out on anything because I was on a “diet”. Instead, it’s been a lot about making choices and changes.  One of the changes that I’ve made has been to try to come up with recipes that are similar to recipes that I used to enjoy but in lighter form.

Strawberry Pretzel FluffThis Strawberry Pretzel Fluff recipe takes the main things that I enjoyed about Strawberry Pretzel Salad – the creaminess, the sweet strawberries, and the salty/crunchy pretzels – and combines them in a lighter, easier-to-make dessert.Strawberry Pretzel Fluff Recipe

Since it’s so easy to toss together, and it’s no-bake. It’s also a perfect summer dessert. It’s also a great option for those busy summer days because it just takes a few minutes to make, and you can just let it chill until you’re ready to serve it.

Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes

  • 8 ounce container non-dairy whipped topping , I used TruWhip.
  • 10 ounce package mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 3 cup strawberries, quartered
  • 2 cups thin pretzel sticks, broken

  1. In a large bowl, mix together whipped topping, marshmallows, and Greek yogurt until well-combined.
  2. Toss in strawberries and pretzels. If you want the pretzels to stay crunchy, wait to add until just before serving.
  3. Cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Hi! This recipe comes at a great time — since I just started Weight Watchers this past Sunday. This recipe is very close to the jello pretzel salad only a lighter version. Do you know what the point value is per serving and what a serving portion is? Thanks!
