- Nonpareils: Feel free to use any type of sprinkle that you like.

Step 1: Microwave popcorn according to package directions.
Step 2: Meanwhile, add vanilla chips and coconut oil to heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until melted, stirring regularly.
Step 3: Add cooked popcorn to large bowl.
Step 4: Pour in melted vanilla chip mixture, and toss popcorn to coat.
Step 5: Spread coated popcorn on waxed or parchment paper.
Step 6: Sprinkle with nonpareils right away.
Step 7: Let cool to set.
Step 8: Gently break into pieces, and enjoy!

Approx how many cups of popcorn? I cannot find microwave popcorn without butter on it.

A 3 ounce package will make about 8-9 cups of popped popcorn. Hope that helps! =)
