How to make stromboli (the easy way)
Here you’ll find instructions and step-by-step photos showing how to make this recipe. The full recipe, including ingredients, is given below.
Step 1: If the pizza dough is refrigerated, let it come to room temperature for about 1 ½-2 hours.

Step 2: Once the pizza dough is at room temperature, preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Step 3: Place the pizza dough on a clean, lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 15×10-inch rectangle.
Step 4: Spread a light layer of sauce on top of the rolled pizza dough, leaving a border around the edge.

Step 5: Place pepperoni, salami, ham, and sliced cheeses in even layers on top of the sauce.
Step 6: Roll the dough up from the long side. Pinch the seam and place seam-side down diagonally on the prepared baking sheet. Cut small slits every few inches in the top.

Step 7: Bake until golden brown and baked through, about 35-45 minutes.
Step 8: Add melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to a small bowl. Stir until combined.
Step 9: Brush garlic butter onto the baked stromboli crust and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Recipe Tips!
- Flexible: This recipe is very flexible. So, you can make changes, like omitting the sauce inside, using different types of meat or cheese, or even using whole wheat or flavored pizza dough.
- Serving: I like to serve the stromboli with homemade pizza sauce, but you could use your favorite marinara sauce or other dipping sauce.

Storage
Store any leftover stromboli in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3-4 days when properly stored in the fridge.
