Easy no-bake Golden Grahams s'mores are made with cereal, marshmallows, & chocolate chips and take less than 15 minutes to make.

A hand pulling off a piece of a golden graham s'mores bar.

    I'm a sucker for s'mores anything. I love s'mores cake, s'mores cookies, s'mores pie, s'mores anything!

Especially when the s'mores recipe is super easy and super tasty. And these Golden Graham s'mores are both.

They take less than 15 minutes to make, and they've got plenty of ooey gooey s'mores goodness.

They're a quick and easy way to bring the goodness of s'mores indoors!

How to make Golden Graham s'mores

Melted butter and marshmallow in a pot

In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter most of the way.

Add 16 ounces of mini marshmallows, and continue to cook until marshmallows have completely melted. Stir the mixture regularly.

Marshmallow and cereal in a large pot

Remove from heat. Stir in 8 cups of cereal until the cereal is coated with melted marshmallow.

Add the remaining 5 ounces of marshmallows and ½ cup of the mini semisweet chocolate chips. Toss to combine.

Golden graham s'mores in a glass pan

Pour the cereal treats into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup cereal and ¼ cup mini chocolate chips.

Press into pan, and let it cool to room temperature before cutting.

Tip: If the cereal mixture is sticking to your hands, try lightly spritzing your hands with nonstick baking spray.

    How long will they keep?

These cereal bars will keep for up to 4 days, covered, at room temperature. They are best eaten within 1-2 days after making them.

However, if you live in a humid area, you may find that the bars soften faster. I've had good luck with loosely covering the bars with a paper towel to help keep them fresh longer.

Excited to try these. Have you ever kept them in the fridge? If I make ahead and refrigerate will they get soggy?

I haven't, but I will the next time I make a batch! I live in a high humidity area, so I can't cover them. Otherwise they get very soggy, very quickly.

These are my go-to bars. Everyone loves them, especially my grandkids! I add a jar of marshmallow cream and cut back on the mini marshmallows. Makes them extra gooey!

Easy & turned out great. Didn't add the extra marshmallows because I didn't want to open a second bag & have a partial bag leftover.

I made the bars tonight and hope they stay as crispy and tasty as they are when first mixed together. They had me from the first bite - as I was cleaning my fingers off of the grahams that stuck to my fingers. The grandkids will be surprised as they are great rice krispe treat fans.

Love these! So much better than store bought cereal bars. My daughter used to always ask for rice krispie treats but now she has a new favorite.

These turned out great and taste like s’mores. I think I needed more cereal. I used 1 standard box and I was technically an ounce short on marshmallows because the bags were 10 oz. but they seemed a bit too marmallowy.

      Regardless, they were absolutely delicious.

Thank you! Feel free to add more cereal if you find them to be too marshmallowy. =)

I made these yesterday and served them tonight at a cookout I was hosting. The graham crackers just got chewy and had no crunch. I was so disappointed because they looked so good. I followed the recipe exactly, not sure what went wrong. Any ideas?

Hi! I don't think it was that anything went wrong so much as cereal just softens as it sits. The cereal pulls the moisture from the marshmallow and the butter (and the air if you live in a humid area) - similar to the way that cereal softens in milk. I live in an area with a lot of humidity. I've had good luck loosely covering the bars with a paper towel to help them stay fresh longer.

I made these a couple weeks ago and they were a HUGE HIT! If I'm honest, I ate one before they finished cooling, and another before I finished cutting them up. The group I served them to ate EVERY LAST bite and requested I make them again! Love this recipe - it's so easy and DELICIOUS!! Thank you for sharing! :)

I wonder if you could do this with 8cups of chopped graham crackers?
I don't have any Golden Grahams cereal.

Hmmm...I'm not sure! Golden grahams are crunchier than graham crackers, so the graham crackers may soften up too much, but I haven't tried it to say for sure.
