Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk the cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Slice the bread slices and then long sticks, 3 sticks per slice.
Step 4: Dip each stick of bread into the egg mixture and place on the sheet pan, leaving a small amount of space between each stick.
Step 5: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked, turning halfway through.

what is the best way to heat from frozen?

Hi! I microwave them for about 30 seconds and then put them in the toaster oven to toast them up a bit.

They came out ok, I would add vanilla paste the next time for a bit more flavor.

Hi! You can absolutely use vanilla paste. Since vanilla paste is fairly expensive and most people will be adding toppings to the French toast, I recommend vanilla extract, but you can make that swap if you prefer.
