Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk the cream, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium bowl.
Step 3: Slice the bread slices and then long sticks, 3 sticks per slice.

Step 4: Dip each stick of bread into the egg mixture and place on the sheet pan, leaving a small amount of space between each stick.
Step 5: Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden and cooked, turning halfway through.
