Christmas Chex Mix mix is an easy cereal snack mix that includes Chex, pretzels, nuts, crackers, and M&Ms all coated with white chocolate.

For my family, this is the snack-iest time of the year! We love to make popcorn and snack mixes to munch on while we hang out or for while we’re watching Christmas movies.
This white chocolate Christmas Chex Mix is an easy snack, appetizer, or dessert that’s perfect for that! It has Chex, other cereal, pretzels, and peanuts mixed together and coated with white chocolate.
It’s a party snack mix that has a generous amount of M&Ms candies (my kids’ favorite part). All of which makes for an amazing sweet and salty treat that’s so simple to whip up whenever the craving strikes.
“My kids love this mix! We will be making it again.” – Jodie

Ingredient notes and substitutions
One of the great things about this snack mix is that it’s super flexible. Feel free to use play around with the amounts and use more or less of the different types of cereal.
- Chex: I like to use corn or rice Chex, but you could use a combination of the two if you prefer.
- Pretzels: I use the small twists, but the small pretzel sticks would also work.
- Cheerios: I use the plain cereal. Feel free to sub in another flavor if you prefer.
- Saltines: If you can’t find the minis, you can use the premium round crackers or substitute more cereal for the crackers.
- Peanuts: I like to use the lightly salted peanuts to give the mix a bit of sweet and saltiness. You can use unsalted or omit the nuts if you prefer.
- Vanilla almond bark: I use enough to give the cereal mix a light coating of almond bark. If you like a heavier coating, feel free to increase the amount accordingly.
- M&Ms: I used sugar cookie M&Ms in this mix. Feel free to use any flavor that you like.
